BroadWell text messages are about booking and following up on your Full Body Wellness Scan. The sender is BroadWell, operated by TekConcept AI LLC.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting us first, or by ticking the consent box or giving us your written consent when you book. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How often we text

Message frequency varies. We send booking confirmations and reminders, plus at most one follow-up after your scan.

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

When we text

• We text only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time.
• We send no more than 3 messages on the same subject in 24 hours.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
